Ingredients
- Nine chicken drumsticks, scored
- Two tablespoon mustard powder
- Three tablespoons tomato sauce
- Two tablespoon sweet mango chutney
- Two teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Two tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 30 g raisins
- Two tablespoon oil
Method
- Toss the chicken in the mustard powder and season.
- Mix the tomato sauce, chutney, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, raisins and oil. Spoon over the chicken and toss well. Marinate for at least two hours.
- Cook the chicken on a hot, lightly greased barbecue flat plate for about 22 minutes, or until tender.
