(Cooked)
Oil - 4 tablespoons
Onion - 1 ( chopped)
Garlic - 11 cloves ( peeled)
soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
tomato ketchup - 1 cup
Vinegar - half cup
Worcestershire Sauce - half cup
Jaggery - half cup
Red chili powder or flakes - 1 tablespoons
Salt - according to taste
Water - 1/2 cup
Steps
First of all heat the oil in pan. Cook onion until turns pink. Next add ginger garlic paste. Cook for one minute. Now add salt, red chilli powder, jaggery. cook for one minute.
- Add all the sauces and water in pan. Cook for one minute. Now remove the pan from heat.
- When it cool down completely make a puree in grinder. Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
Bbq Sauce (No Cooking)
Butter - 4 tablespoons (Melted)
Tomato ketchup - half cup
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons
Oregano seasoning 1 tbsp ( dried)
Mustard sauce - one tbsp
Brown sugar powder - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli flakes - one tbsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt to taste
Steps
Add all the ingredients in big bowl. Mix with fingers together. Now it's ready to use.
Barbeque chicken in oven
- Make a slanting cut in chicken pieces.
- Take a big bowl and add Meritnation sauce and chicken together. Rub sauce on chicken properly. Refrigerate it for atleast two hours .
- Pre heat the oven on 180 degree. Place the chicken on tray and cook for ten minutes. Now flip it and cook for another ten minutes. Apply oil once it half done. Cook for another ten minutes. Check with folk if it cooked remove the tray.
- Apply rest of the sauce.Serve hot.
For Barbeque Chicken Marination
Fresh chicken bone-in - one kg
Regular oil or olive oil - 4 tbs
Fresh lemon juice,- 2 tbsp
Oregano seasoning, 3 tbsp
1 tablespoons - ginger paste
1 tablespoon - garlic paste ,
Garam Masala Powder - 2 tablespoons
Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - half tablespoon
Black Pepper powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Steps for barbeque chicken on grill
Mix all ingredients in big bowl. Add chicken in Bowl and apply on chicken. Cover the bowl or put in zip bag and refrigerate it for overnight. Remove the chicken from refrigerator one hour before from cooking.
Apply oil on open grill. Heat the grill. Place the chicken and decrease the heat . Let them cook slowly. Flip it two times. Apply oil while flipping.
Avoid direct flames touch to chicken. Check if ready remove from grill. Apply Meritnation sauce and serve hot with salad or paste.
Note - Store rest of the chicken in refrigerator.
You can use to make chicken sandwich or fried chicken rice.
