Shrimp v prawns are very popular food in the world. It is also the healthiest food in world. People prepare this dish in many different ways. This is known with different names like king prawns, shrimp, tiger prawns, big prawns, big shrimp, black tiger shrimp etc. These dishes have different recipes and ingredients. Today We are sharing a Garlic prawns recipe with you.

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Marinating - two hours

Servings - 5

Ingredients 

King prawns - 500 g

Garlic - 3 cloves ( crushed)

Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

Sesame oil - 3 tbsp

Ginger (grated) - 2 tbsp

Method 

1 . Peel and devein the prawns, leaving their tails intact. Make some cuts on prawns. Cut them into three quarters from head to tail. Transfer prawns in non metalic bowl.

2. For marination mix all ingredients (garlic lemon, oil, ginger) together. Mix well and pour over the prawns.

3.  Barbeque prawns on lightly oiled barbeque flat plate for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Pour the rest of the Meritnation on it and serve hot.
