PARMESAN AND PROSCIUTTO LOAF

Ingredients
- Two cups regular flour
- 8 g dried yeast
- One tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon baker's sugar
- 125 ml warm milk
- 30 butter room temperature or melted
- 1 tablespoon milk, extra
- One egg
- 60 g prosciutto ( chopped)
- 50 g parmesan cheese
Steps
- Take a Bowl add milk,sugar and yeast. Mix it well and set aside for ten minutes.
- To make dough put a flour in a big bowl. Add salt, egg and butter.kneed it for one minute.
- Now add frothy yeast. Knead properly for 8 minutes. Give rest for two minutes knead again for one more minute and gather it into ball.
- Grease the dough ball with oil and give rest in big bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Keep in warm place for 1 hour 30 minutes or until doubled the size.
- Knead the dough for one minute to make smooth. Roll out to rectangle, brush with some extra milk or oil.
- Sprinkle the prosciutto and parmesan cheese. Leave the borders empty. Roll a log shape.
- Place on greased oil tray. Make a slanting cut on roll. Leave to rise on warm place for thirty minutes.
- Bake on 220°C for 25 minutes or until baked properly.
- Serve with butter or other Creamy dips of your own choice.
