- 150g blueberries  

- 151g raspberries/mulberries  

- 251g cherries (pitted)  

- 5 red plums (quartered)  

- Low-fat yogurt (to serve)

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, boil ½ cup water.

2. Add sugar, wine, star anise, and lemon rind.

3. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring to dissolve sugar.

4. Cool and strain the syrup.

5. Combine all fruits in a large bowl.

6. Pour syrup over fruits, refrigerate for 1.5 hours.

7. Serve chilled with yogurt.
